Emerald Bay!
Emerald Bay began construction in 1999 and the build-out was completed in 2005. There are 62
homes that make up the neighborhood. Emerald Bay borders the Corps of Engineers property on
the north shore of Lake Grapevine.
The Homeowners Association created and maintains this web site to help
it's residents stay up to date on HOA business, useful contact information and upcoming events.

Emerald Bay in conjuction with Calloway's is implementing a "Yard of the Month" program for homeowner's that display their beautiful lawns and gardens. The judging will be performed by Calloway's and there will be six winners who will have a sign put in their yard and a $25 gift certificate
